Dried Shiitake

Rich, savory, and packed with umami flavor! Our farm-grown shiitake mushrooms are harvested at peak freshness, then carefully dried to preserve their deep, woodsy aroma and meaty texture. 

A little goes a long way! Just rehydrate in warm water or broth for 15 to 20 minutes and use them anywhere you’d add fresh mushrooms — soups, stir-fries, risottos, sauces, or broths. 

This package contains half an ounce of dried mushrooms, which should rehydrate to about a quart's-worth of fresh mushrooms.
